Our office is open for telephone calls during office hours. Our office staff will answer your questions often after consultation with a physician.
When a direct conversation with a physician is necessary, your call will be returned by the end of the day, possibly after regular office hours. This system allows the doctors to see their regularly scheduled patients without undue interruption. Since many diseases cause similar symptoms, most requests for treatment will require an office visit.
You must call during regular office hours if a prescription refill is needed. We require 24-48 hours to honor these requests.
After 5:00pm -- and on weekends and holidays -- a physician can be reached for emergency care.
Emergencies
Please call 703.536.2729 and follow the instructions to page the doctor on call. Please limit these calls to emergencies only. If the emergency is severe, and the on-call physician cannot be reached soon enough, please go to a participating emergency facililty for immediate care (Fairfax Hospital is preferable).
