Payment Policies

Co-Payments and Deductibles

Your insurance plan co-payment is due at the time of your visit. Additionally, if your insurance plan requires that you meet a minimum deductible, please take that into consideration when making your appointment.

Remember: co-payments and deductibles are due at each office visit!

Accepted Forms of Payment

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you are unable to pay at the time of your visit, Nanci Panos, our executive office manager (703.536.2729) will work with you to arrange a payment plan. Interest charges will accrue on overdue accounts.
