Ken Henry, Ph.D. CCC-A
Dr. Henry is the director of Professional Hearing Services and the Dizziness and Balance Center. He earned his Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio. He has published articles on vestibular system assessment and intraoperative monitoring.
Dr. Henry is also on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Lions Hearing Foundation and Research Center, Inc. and a member of the Newborn Hearing Screening Protocol Task Force for the Virginia Hearing Impairment Identification and Monitoring Systems.
He is currently a Member of the Ad Hoc Committee on Vestibular Rehabilitation, with the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
Dr. Henry is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.

Todd Stugart, MSN, FNP-BC
Todd Stugart has been a Registered Nurse since 1987, and a Family Nurse Practitioner since 1997. Mr. Stugart obtained his undergraduate degree from George Mason University, and a Master's Degree from Marymount University.
Todd has been with Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists since July of 2005. Prior to that his experience as a Nurse Practitioner included Orthopedics and Emergency Medicine. He is currently a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners as well as the Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head-Neck Nurses.
Todd lives with his wife Sandi. His hobbies include scuba diving, playing guitar, and photography.

Deena B. Hollingsworth, MSN, FNP-BC
Mrs. Hollingsworth graduated from the University of Wyoming with a BSN in nursing in 1971. After 3 years on active duty in the Army Nurse Corps she obtained a Masters of Nursing from the University of Colorado. She has a variety of nursing experience including renal and metabolic, critical care, and nursing education. She returned to Marymount University for a post masters certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1998 and has provided care for children and adults in both primary and acute arenas.
Mrs. Hollingsworth is Board certified as an FNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Mrs. Hollingsworth is the past president of the Northern Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and remains active with the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners. She was recently elected to the Board of The Society of Head and Neck Nurses.
Mrs. Hollingsworth lives with her husband Boyd . She enjoys scrapbooking, playing golf and spending time with her grandchildren.

Amy Hull, PA-C, MPAS
Amy Hull graduated from Chatham College in Pittsburgh, PA with a B.S. in Biology and Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2005. She first practiced with an Orthopedics practice in Illinois. Upon moving to Northern Virginia, she worked in family practice and joined The Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialists of Northern Virginia in 2007.
Amy is a member if the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). She is also certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Amy, her husband Noah, and dog Riley, live in Lake Ridge, VA. In her spare time, Amy enjoys watching sports, running, swimming, and spending time with her family and friends.

Parawan Stalzer, MSN, FNP-BC
Parawan Stalzer is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked as a registered nurse since 1991 and has experience in Intensive Care and Emergency Care. She earned a BSN from Christian College in Bangkok, Thailand and MSN from Catholic University in Washington DC. Parawan enjoys clinical practice and caring for patient of all ages.
She is married with two children and, in her free time, enjoys gardening, swimming, tennis and jogging.
